Common questions
How do I book?
Download Nayfaat from the App Store, choose your dates, and sign in with Apple or with an email and password. You can browse the house, the photos and the prices without an account.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, in one of two ways. Pay the full amount before you arrive and upload the transfer receipt within 24 hours; your dates stay held while you transfer. Or pay on arrival: a 25% deposit by transfer now, and the rest at check-in. We confirm the booking once we have checked the transfer.
I left the app to make the transfer and lost my place.
Open the Bookings tab. A booking that is still waiting for a transfer shows "Finish your transfer" at the top, and takes you back to the upload screen.
When do I get the gate code?
Three hours before check-in, which is from 4:00 PM. It appears on your booking in the app, and you get a notification if you allowed them.
How do I cancel?
Open Bookings, choose the booking, and tap Cancel booking. The app shows the exact refund before you confirm. Seven days or more before check-in: 100%. Three to six days: 50%. Under three days, or a no-show: no refund. The 25% deposit for pay-on-arrival bookings is not refundable. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Can I change my dates?
Yes. From your booking, request new dates. We confirm the change if the new dates are free.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable SAR 1,000 damage deposit is held at check-in and released within 5 days of check-out. It is not part of the booking total.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We email you a code to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. Your account and data are erased within 30 days. You cannot delete an account while it has an upcoming booking; cancel it first, or wait until after your stay.
Can I use the app in Arabic?
Yes. The app is fully Arabic and English. Switch in Account → Language.
