Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Nayfaat app and any stay you book through it. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them.
About Nayfaat
Nayfaat is a private holiday house north-west of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the Nayfaat app is the way to book it ("Nayfaat", "we", "us"). "You" means the person who creates the account and makes the booking.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account and make a booking.
- The details you give us, including guest-registration details, must be true and complete.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
Booking and prices
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. Weekend and weekday nights are priced differently, and some dates have a minimum stay. The full price, including add-ons, is shown before you pay.
- When you continue to payment, your dates are held for 15 minutes. If you pay by transfer, they stay held for 24 hours while you transfer.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in the app, after checking your transfer where one is required.
- The house takes up to 4 guests, children included.
Payment
You can pay in one of two ways, where offered:
- Before arrival. Transfer the full amount to the account shown in the app and upload the receipt.
- On arrival. Transfer a deposit, currently 25% of the total, when you book, and pay the rest at check-in. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
A refundable SAR 1,000 damage deposit is held at check-in and released within 5 days of check-out if nothing is damaged. It is separate from the booking total.

The deposit paid for a pay-on-arrival booking is not refundable, whenever you cancel. The app shows the exact refund before you confirm a cancellation. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
If we have to cancel your booking, you get a full refund of everything you paid.
Your stay
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
- Your gate code is released in the app three hours before check-in. Do not share it with anyone outside your booking.
- The guest who made the booking must bring the ID used to book.
House rules
- No more than 4 guests, children included.
- Smoking outdoors only.
- Family gatherings are welcome; no public parties and no loudspeakers.
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
- No pets.
- The pool is not fenced. Children must be supervised at all times, and that supervision is your responsibility.
We may end a stay without a refund if these rules are seriously broken.
Damage and liability
You are responsible for damage caused during your stay by you or your guests, beyond normal wear. We may deduct the cost from the damage deposit and ask you for any amount above it.
You use the pool, the grounds and the facilities at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
The app
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. You may delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account, unless it has an upcoming booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in Riyadh.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.
